ALO Returns to Hôtel Plaza Athénée for a Paris Fashion Week Wellness Takeover
ALO Plaza Athénée takeover returns for Paris Fashion Week through Oct. 3 with a Dr. Amy Shah menu, the invite-only ALO Oasis, and an ALO Run Club.
ALO is back at Hôtel Plaza Athénée for Paris Fashion Week. On September 29, 2026, the Los Angeles wellness brand announced its third consecutive menu takeover at the Avenue Montaigne hotel, serving California-inspired, wellness-focused cuisine at La Galerie, La Terrasse Montaigne, and La Cour Jardin from September 29 through October 3.
The menu was developed with Dr. Amy Shah, a double board-certified physician, nutritionist, and member of ALO’s Wellness Advisors, alongside the Hôtel Plaza Athénée culinary team. Drawing on her nutrition expertise, it includes an egg-white omelet, power bowls, an açaí bowl, and a gluten-free granola parfait, all designed to bring nourishing ingredients to the table.

The setting is no accident. Hôtel Plaza Athénée sits on Avenue Montaigne, steps from leading couture houses, and has long served as a meeting place for designers, editors, models, and the international fashion community. The Dorchester Collection property has 208 rooms and suites, five restaurants and bars, and the Dior Spa Plaza Athénée.

Beyond the dining rooms, ALO is hosting its third-annual ALO Oasis, a five-day, invite-only wellness sanctuary running September 29 through October 3. Designed as a space to reset between shows, it offers one-on-one training sessions, IV therapy, facial sculpting, lymphatic drainage massage, and other tailored treatments for a crowd that rarely stops moving.
ALO will also host a private Morning Sculpt class in La Cour Jardin, the hotel’s courtyard restaurant, and the Paris community is invited to join London-based ALO Wellness Club instructor Mark Thomson for an ALO Run Club that starts at Wild & The Moon Saint-Honoré and moves through the heart of the city.

“Fashion Week is a moment when the pace is at its highest, and we believe making space for simple, intentional rituals can make all the difference,” said Summer Nacewicz, EVP of Marketing & Creative at ALO. The idea, she added, is to invite guests to pause, reset, and feel their best between shows.
Since launching in 2007, the brand has built its name on studio-to-street designs rooted in yoga and mindfulness, and its ecosystem now spans community events, wellness products, and an online fitness platform with thousands of free classes. Three takeovers in, the residency feels less like a pop-up and more like a Fashion Week fixture.

The takeover wraps on October 3, but its rituals travel well. The Oasis is invite-only and the Morning Sculpt class is private, so the easiest way into ALO’s Paris program is the brand’s own studio and recovery kit, from an espresso legging to a magnesium spray.
