Spoto’s Water Bar & Grill Opening

After the failure of Spoto’s Oakwood Grill in the PGA Commons in Palm Beach Gardens, John Spoto is at it again with Spoto’s Water Bar & Grill. Located in the same space, the restaurant has undergone a complete makeover – eliminating the formal dark woods of Oakwood Grill and replacing them with a more modern look designed with the casual colors of the ocean. Spoto’s Water Bar & Grill will feature more seafood than its steakhouse predecessor, including 12 fresh varieties of fish on the menu, utilizing the existing wood fire grill on some entrees as well as on flatbreads and other dishes for the landlocked. Along with his Oyster Bar down the street, John Spoto seems to have a thing for the whole seafood bar and grill experience.
