“Money is No Object” Burger at Umami Burger
A burger isn’t just a burger when it’s a Wagyu beef patty, topped with Hudson Valley foie gras, onion marmalade, reduced 1977 Croft Vintage Port and a 1/4 inch think layer of freshly shaved Italian white truffles on top. Umami Burger celebrates the bounty of fall truffle season with their “Money is No Object” burger.
Umami Burger is the brain child of Adam Fleischman, a Los-Angeles based chef and restaurateur. With 4 different outposts in the Southern California region, Umami Burger finally opened about 3 weeks ago to much fanfare in the Marina area of San Francisco. With a Japanese-influenced decor of sleek woods and minimalism, expect to enjoy your burger in proper surroundings. This burger is limited to obviously as the long as the truffle season lasts which is expected to be until December.
Priced accordingly, the Money is No Object Burger is $100.
