Summertime is here and it’s time to work up a sweat to be vacation-ready. From a barefoot bootcamp class to core-focused yoga, here are 5 fitness classes that’ll have you looking and feeling your best this summer season in Miami:

SOUL SWEAT AT ANATOMY MIDTOWN

Taking place twice a week at Anatomy’s stunning new Midtown location, fitness instructor Analys Romao leads a barefoot bootcamp-style class divided into two-three sections of low-impact, high-intensity interval training that addresses your entire body. The class begins with a self-centering moment of meditation where participants are encouraged to set their intentions and the class culminates with a final mindful meditation in savasana after 45-minutes of working up a sweat.

SOL CORE AT SOL YOGA – WYNWOOD

Wynwood‘s gorgeous yoga studio, SOL Yoga, offers an assortment of varying classes in its luxurious infrared-heated studio. One of our favorites is SOL Core, which takes its vinyasa class up a notch by honing in on your core and strengthening that area through a series of core-based poses and sequences throughout the one-hour class. You’ll improve flexibility, balance and achieve a deep relaxation all the while working up a serious sweat throughout the class, led by one of the studio’s talented instructors.

LEVEL’S 1, 2 OR 3 AT RISE NATION

If you want to achieve a serious workout in a limited amount of time, Miami Design District‘s popular Rise Nation class is the perfect fit for you. Spanning from beginner levels (1) to experienced (3), participants will work their entire bodies on the studio’s versaclimbers, which simulate a climb working your arms, legs and glutes throughout the 30-minute, high-energy class. With upbeat music, energizing light sequences and motivating instructors, you’ll leave feeling empowered, charged up and of course, sweaty. It happens to be LeBron James‘ favorite workout when he’s in town, so if it’s good enough for the King, you can guarantee it’s good enough for us.

JETSET MIAMI – BODY

One of the first innovators of reformer pilates in Miami, JetSet Miami is a great choice for those looking to tone and define their bodies for the summer 2019 season. The brand’s signature class, JetSet Body, if perfect for targeting all areas throughout the zero-impact, high-intensity, 50-minute Pilates session. The class will fuse elements of strength training, cardio, conditioning, and Pilates-inspired movements all in one, and have you leaving feeling inspired and accomplished.

This high-energy dance fitness class will have you feeling empowered, recharged and fit as you power your way through the one-hour dance session, which utilizes commercial choreography, energizing music remixes and stage lighting to allow each member of the class to channel their inner Beyoncé.
