World Polo League Beach Polo returned to the pristine sands of Miami Beach this past weekend for a luxurious and exciting lineup of polo matches, entertainment and more. The sold-out weekend invited guests to watch some of the greatest names of the sport play one another on the gorgeous sands of Miami, with polo players including Nic Roldan, Alejandro Novillo Astrada, Melissa Ganzi, Jason Crowder and Juan Bollini.

After three days of back-to-back matches, U.S. Polo Assn. emerged as the winning team with U.S. Polo Assn (9.5) vs Flexjet (8). Team players included Grant Ganzi, Juan Bollini Jr. and Carlitos Gracida. The winners were announced on Sunday, April 28th, where they took home the prize.

Also significant was the lively celebrity charity match—Neiman Marcus Cup—where model Ines Rivero, former NFL player Jeremy Shockey, actor Sterling Jones, News Anchor Louis Aguirre and Swiss Professional Polo Player Tito Gaudenzi, all took part in the charitable match for onlookers to enjoy, benefitting Give Back for Special Equestrians. The organization benefits Special Equestrians of the Treasure Coast, providing therapeutic riding for children and adults with physical, developmental or emotional disabilities.

Additional notable attendees included Caroline Vreeland, Alexis Stoudemire, Jocelyn Wildenstein, Louis Aguirre and Miami Beach Mayor Dan Gelber, among many others.
In the VIP tent, guests enjoyed specialty bites and signature cocktails, including tacos & Mexican bites from Bodega Taqueria y Tequila and sips of Whispering Angel Rosé as they took in all the action from the comfort of the luxurious setting.
