From champagne tastings to celebratory teas to shopping parties, there are plenty of ways to get in the holiday spirit in the Bay Area. Here are a few of the events we’ll be attending this month.

Earlier this week, Juice Beauty launched a pop-up holiday boutique at Hotel Zetta. The store is located in the tech-friendly hotel’s lobby and features the clean beauty brand’s bestselling products. From now until Friday, December 21, hotel goers can find Juice’s stem cellar anti-wrinkle moisturizer, green apple peel full strength exfoliating mask, and its vibrant plant-pigment makeup. Skincare consultations are available, and every purchase receives a complimentary lip care product.

Cirque de Soleil’s latest production Volta is in San Francisco at AT&T Park now through February 3. Circus-goers will enjoy a thrilling acrobatic show under the big top complete with unicycling, rollerskating, trampolines, BMX bikes, and more. Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte is the official sparkling wine of the show, and they’ve put together the ultimate lounge experience for champagne lovers. Before the show and during intermission, bubbly fans can sip Nicolas Feuillatte and small savory snacks.

Acacia House at the Las Alcobas Napa Valley is throwing its second annual Feast of the Seven Cultures dinner series. Chef Chris Cosentino has invited his friends to join him in the kitchen for a special one-night-only tasting menu. Tuesday, December 4, Sarah Grueneberg will be in the kitchen whipping up British fare and Thursday, December 6 chef Ludo Lefebvre is cooking French classics, Tuesday. Other participating chefs include Ray Garcia, Paul Kahan, and Stephanie Izard. The dinners are every Tuesday and Thursday, during December through the 20.

The Caviar Co. is inviting its friends, all from female founders—Bells & Becks, Frances Austen, Future Glory, and Gem Breakfast—to pop-up at their Union Street store for a west coast luxe shopping event. From Friday, December 7 through Sunday, December 9, shoppers can peruse goods from all the brands while sipping sparkling wine and enjoying bites of caviar. Pick up chic gold pointy-toe flats from Bells & Becks or soft cashmere sweaters by Frances Austen, then head home with a tin of caviar to celebrate your purchases.

Calling all chocolate lovers! Artisanal chocolatier Recchiuti Confections is hosting a chocolate making workshop on December 8 from 3 to 6 p.m. at their Portero Hill studio. During the class Michael Recchiuti and Amanda Snouffer (the brand’s creative culinary director), will teach you how to make a chocolate centerpiece. Learn how to paint with tempered chocolate and tinted cocoa butter while creating a beautiful chocolate winterscape. Wine and small bites will be served.

Arlequin Wine Merchant, in Hayes Valley, is throwing their annual champagne tasting on Thursday, December 13. From 5 to 8 p.m., sparkling wine enthusiasts can sip pours from rare terroir-driven bottles from independent growers as well as staff favorites from famous houses like Krug and Pol Roger. Most of the bottles will also be for sale at special event-only discounted pricing.

Grab the kiddos and head to wine country for a ride on the Napa Valley Wine Train’s Santa train. The Santa experience runs from now to December 28 and includes games, caroling, holiday-inspired characters, piping hot cocoa, and freshly baked cookies. It’s an interactive musical journey where children help Jolly the Bear back to the North Pole and Santa’s workshop.

Dog owners and lovers wanting to spend some fun in the wine country sun should visit Calistoga Ranch. The resort is hosting its second annual Holiday Howl in their vineyard on Friday, December, 14. Pups and owners will gather to sing carols and indulge in holiday treats and beverages including bone broth mutt-tinis.

Anxious to hit the slopes? Hop on a United Airlines flight from SFO to Mammoth Lake in mid-December. The trip is just 50-minutes! On December 15, the winter season officially kicks off with Mammoth Mountain’s Night of Lights, a spectacular light show set against the mountain’s ski slopes. The unique one-night-only event includes snowmobile rides, tubing, live music, magic shows, and the impressive light show with fireworks.

The Top of the Mark, at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins hotel on top of Nob Hill, is an ideal place to indulge in holiday revelry. The rooftop restaurant is hosting a variety of events including a Children’s Magical Tea party on select Fridays and Saturdays as well as holiday brunch for the entire family on Sundays.
