The Hotel Vitale is on a prime corner of the Embarcadero and Mission Streets. It has gorgeous views of the Bay and Ferry Building. It’s also got a oasis-like spa, rooftop event space, and one of the most popular bars around, the Americano. All of these things make it an ideal place to Insta.

  The Palace Hotel

The Palace dates back to 1875, making it San Francisco’s first luxury hotel. If you’ve never had tea or a glass of champagne in the marble-columned atrium with glittering crystal chandeliers, go there today and snap a photo. Other possible pic locations: the indoor pool on the 4th floor or in front of the massive flower arrangements in the lobby.

The Fairmont

The grand hotel on top of Nob Hill has plenty of places to snap an awesome Instagram. There’s the kitchsy underground bar, The Tonga Room, the golden gilded lobby, and the grand entryway with colorful flags from around the globe. The most coveted shot however is taken in the private penthouse on the top floor.

  The St. Regis

For a pure luxury experience you can’t beat the St. Regis in downtown San Francisco. The bar is filled with sophisticated and chic revelers and the restaurant, The Grill, serves up sensational cuisine. Remede, the 4th floor spa has an indoor pool perfect for instagramming on a foggy SF day.

Hotel Zetta

The Hotel Zetta is hip, tech-forward, and filled with games—one wall in the lobby is a giant Plinko board. There is a pool table, a bar, and second floor with VR activities. It doesn’t get much more instagrammable than that!

 The Marker

The Marker is a boutique hotel from Joie de Vivre in the heart of downtown. It has a great little pasta and pizza restaurant, Tratto, a cute lobby, and colorful eclectic decor.”
