Victor Drai, The Weeknd and Quincy Jones Celebrate the First Anniversary of Drai’s

Drai’s Beachclub & Nightclub at the top of The Cromwell celebrated a milestone last weekend when celebrities and Las Vegas partiers showed their support for the nightclub’s first anniversary.  The Weeknd, Quincy Jones, Swizz Beatz, Pusha T, Vicetone, Dannic, Lamar Odom, Shaun Phillips, Phil Loadholt and more celebrate throughout the weekend.

Culminating in an epic, sold-out concert on Saturday night, The Weeknd performed yet another Drai’s Live concert. Drai’s has been working with The Weeknd since the Drai’s Live concert series began, so it was only fitting that The Weeknd returned for an unbelievable concert overlooking one of the most famous intersections in the world.

The Weeknd has performed at Drai’s more than a handful of times now, but Saturday night’s show was the most explosive one yet. Crowds flooding the inside and outside of Drai’s bounced along to every song, including his just-released jam “Can’t Feel My Face” — one of the first times fans have been able to hear that song live.

Legendary artist and producer Quincy Jones was in Las Vegas this weekend and spent Friday and Saturday nights at Drai’s. On Friday he saw hip-hop recording artist and producer Swizz Beatz take over the turntables for an unforgettable DJ gig, and on Saturday he joined the masses for The Weeknd’s concert.

Following The Weeknd’s show, Quincy Jones and Drai’s club owner, Victor Drai, gathered in a VIP booth with The Weeknd. They were presented with an anniversary cake decked out to emulate the venue’s iconic red drapery and lustrous jeweled detailing.

Other celebrities who stopped by throughout the weekend included Drai’s Beachclub DJs Dannic, Vicetone and D-Wayne, who all performed at Drai’s Beachclub. After dark, Drai’s Nightclub saw famous athletes party all weekend long such as Lamar Odom, Shaun Phillips, Phil Loadholt, and Quincy Pondexter.
