Richard Sherman’s Private Dinner at STK

Seattle Seahawks player, top NFL cornerback and Super Bowl XLVIII champion Richard Sherman dined at STK at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas late Monday night.

The 26-year old Stanford grad and NFL Legion of Boom’er enjoyed dinner with a large group of friends in STK’s private dining room, where Sherman welcomed in any fans who saw him enter the restaurant to pose for photos, creating excitement and buzz at the restaurant’s industry-friendly Magnum Monday party.

Sherman was presented with the restaurant’s coveted Jason of Beverly Hills diamond-encrusted steak knives to dine with for the evening by STK general manager Jordan Mendez, which the football star passed around the table for his friends to admire.

Sherman and his group sipped Don Julio 1942 and enjoyed several STK signature dishes including STK’s Blue Cheese Bread with chive oil, Shellfish Platter, Lil’ BRGs, and a large cut of steak served family-style.
