Sumi Yakitori Opens In Brickell

The chic little Japanese spot Momi Ramen is one of our favorite places to grab a bite – especially after all the other sensible spots close. Now, right next door, the same owners have opened a Sumi Yakitori, an equally cute Japanese grill. Look for beef, chicken and seafood cooked to perfection on bamboo skewers over binchotan charcoal. Chicken gizzard, Kurobuta sausage and Quail eggs wrapped in juicy bacon are all dishes you won’t find anywhere else in MIami. An extensive sake menu promises to make it a party, but no word yet on what happens if you want ramen and grilled meat: stay tuned.
