Haute 100 Update Miami: Sam Nazarian’s sbe To Open New Redbury Hotel In South Beach
Haute 100-lister Sam Nazarian’s sbe company is heading up the development of a Redbury Hotel in South Beach, a Hollywood CA hotel known for its amenities and celeb clientele. The Redbury South Beach will be situated in the Fairfax hotel at 1776 Collins Ave. Once it’s completed, the Redbury will boast 69 rooms and suites styled in a mix of the old-Hollywood vibe that currently adorns the Hollywood Redbury and the art deco style that characterizes South Beach.
The Redbury South Beach will feature a rooftop pool and complete the trifecta of sbe hotels in the area with the SLS Hotel and the Raleigh. The lobby restaurant, Lorenzo, will be developed by Levy Restaurants and headed up by James Beard Award-winning chef Tony Mantuano.
