Haute 100 Miami Update: Jorge Perez’s Related Group Unveils New South of Fifth “MAREA” Project
The Related Group has just unveiled plans for MAREA, their latest project on Miami Beach’s elegant South of Fifth neighborhood. The plans for the sexy low-rise building are coming out as Related is still in the midst of selling the adjacent One Ocean.
This ultra posh, 7- floor low-rise will feature a curved-box design by the exceptional team of Sieger Suarez architects, who also did the Related Group’s nearby Apogee. The project includes a total of 30 residential units including 24 condos (1500-2300 sq ft), two townhouses and four 6,000 square foot penthouses. 20,000 sq ft of retail space is also part of the plan as are interiors by Yabu Pushelberg and Enzo Enea.
