Jones the Grocer Opens at The Gate in Doha
Foodies in the GCC will rejoice to know that the much-loved Australian Gourmet food emporium Jones the Grocer is opening up their first store this week in Doha, Qatar.
As with the brand’s other branches, the Doha store combines a café element with a gourmet retail offering. From shopping to dining out, Jones the Grocer boasts an interactive food experience featuring top-of-the-notch products from around the world. The architecturally-designed space will be located in the luxury environs of The Gate, Doha’s high-end shopping mall that is quickly become the spot for Qatar’s most sophisticated customers. As the seventh venue the brand has opened within the MENA region over the last three years, the new store underlines the brand’s success with customers from the GCC.
The new store offers a contemporary café with an a la carte menu boasting modern Australian cusine with international influences for breakfast, lunch and dinner. True to its vision, the food offered features fresh, organic ingredients and is homemade and preservative-free to be enjoyed inside within the the store’s welcoming ambiance, or outside on the spacious terrace.
For those wishing to take advantage of the brand’s excellent choice of gourmet products, delight in a European style delicatessen boasting a walk-in cheese room, freshly baked breades and pastries, a selection of Mediterranean antipasti and meats, organic beverages, stylish homewares and premium gifts and hampers.
