Haute Event: Flippin’ Out Over Marquis: Broker Cocktail Party & Artefacto Model Launch
Wednesday, April 27 marked a celebratory evening for the Marquis Residences. Not only did they celebrate $100 Million in Sales with a Brokers Appreciation party but they also unveiled the new Artefacto model unit in 4801.
The President of Artefacto, Paulo Bacchi proudly displayed the new unit as he spoke to guests about his inspiration for the latest addition. Visitors were able to take in stunning views as they sipped on cocktails and listened to Bacchi speak. The brokers were then treated for their hard work. The agents who sold units in the Marquis were given flip cameras and took part in a video shake down on Tublr, where the best video won an AMEX gift card.
The party then moved downstairs to the lovely restaurant, Amuse where hors d’oeuvres were served as the drinks continued to pour and a new challenge rose for the brokers. The next contest they will partake in is the 3-3-3: top three brokers selling three units in the next three months. The winnings? They will be treated to their choice of designer watches from Saks Fifth Avenue. Chanel and Cartier will be sure to give these brokers a mighty incentive to finding customers their new dream home.
