Haute Event: Charity ‘Food Drive-Thru’ with W Fort Lauderdale, Miami Dolphins and Ferrari-Maserati
W Fort Lauderdale, Miami Dolphins and Ferrari-Maserati joined together to host an event to benefit those in need this holiday season. Getting together on Nov. 23, all three surprised visitors by turning W Fort Lauderdale’s valet area into a show-stopping event. The scene was Santa’s workshop, complete with a red “Rudolf” Ferrari leading a sleigh. Bliss Spa’s “Bliss Guy” acted as Santa’s local ambassador, giving autographs and taking pictures with the public, and Santa’s little helpers were played by none other than the Miami Dolphins’ Cheerleaders. The purpose of the event was to host the first-ever charity food drive.
“Food Drive-Thru” collected canned goods and other non-perishable food items. Other local contributors included STEAK 954, Whiskey Blue, Bliss Spa, Bliss Guy Antonio Serrano and The Miami Dolphins Foundation.
