What MADE Him Haute: As a Grammy award-winning artist, a hip-hop impresario of Bad Boy Entertainment, a creator of Sean Jean clothing line, an owner of two restaurants and the face of Ciroc Vodka, Sean “Diddy” Combs is as well known for his business ventures as he is for his popular music. He also owns an extraordinary estate on Star Island that is a must-see spot of the celebrity home boat tour ride in the attractive waters of Biscayne Bay.
What Makes Him Haute Now: This holiday season, Sean “Diddy” Combs is joining forces with New York City’s Department of Transportation anti-drunk driving campaign named, “You the Man,” to help curb drunk drivers and make the New York City streets safer. Representatives from Ciroc Vodka and New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission have announced a new plan for the Safe Rides Initiative on Duffy Square, started by Combs. Together with New York City’s DOT and Ciroc, they will produce 2,000 prepaid debit cards valued at up to $25 each. The debit cards are redeemable for a VIP pass to safety and will be dispersed at high traffic locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx on Dec. 17 and 31.
