It really doesn’t get much hauter than Steve Wynn. The self-made billionaire is one of the most notorious names in real estate. But his accomplishments aren’t only evidenced by some of the most recognizable buildings that saturate the Las Vegas skyline. Instead, the casino king is constantly expanding his empire, and this time, into China.
