Tomorrow, Nov. 9, Fendi Casa and Kenzo Maison are hosting an exclusive event at Home of the Avenues, a pristine six-bedroom, 12,000-square-foot mansion in Bel Air Estates that is fascinatingly staged as a design showroom. The newly constructed Home of the Avenues is located on the scenic Mulholland Drive in Bel Air and provides visitors with a true up-close-and-personal tour of some of the finest design pieces from L.A.’s Art, Fashion and Design District (aka The Avenues).
Next week’s event will provide a special preview of the upcoming luxury home collections from Fendi Casa and Kenzo Mansion, as well as displays of some of the most exciting new luxury items of this holiday season. Participating brands include Vertu Beverly Hills, Parrin of Paris, Empire CLS Chauffeured Services (who will be bringing samples of their luxury automobile fleet) and Montblanc, who will be showcasing its special edition John Lennon pen and Nicolas Rieussec watch, a tribute to the inventor of the chronograph.
While you breathe in the décor and its luxury surroundings, you can also enjoy hors d’oeuvres and appetizers from a special buffet presentation from Executive Chef James Overbaugh from The Peninsula Beverly Hills, and choose a special drink menu from Bacardi Elite that will feature fun cocktails like “Bacardi VIP,” a mixture of Bacardi Superior, Lime Juice, Ginger Liqueur, and Ginger Ale and the “Bacardi Heat Wave,” a combination of Bacardi Superior, lime juice, simple syrup, muddled jalapeños and soda.
Can’t miss rooms include the beautiful Fendi Casa Bedroom, the stunning Kenzo Maison Bedroom, and the über-chic Fendi Casa Lounge.
