Inside Real Madrid’s New Louis Vuitton Wardrobe, Designed by Pharrell Williams
Louis Vuitton Real Madrid formal wear for season two: Pharrell’s studio adds a reversible Monogram jacket, cashmere coat and Mon Monogram leathergoods.
Louis Vuitton has entered the second year of its partnership with Real Madrid by unveiling new Formal Wear and Formal Travel creations, announced on October 13, 2026, for the club’s men’s and women’s football teams and its men’s basketball team. The timing follows the men’s side opening its 2026–2027 UEFA Champions League campaign.

The pieces were designed by Louis Vuitton’s men’s studio under Creative Director Pharrell Williams and take their cue from the House’s Trunk collection, launched in February 2026. Rather than starting over, the studio mixed new additions with existing designs from the partnership’s first season, which Haute Living covered when Louis Vuitton and Real Madrid first joined forces.
The Formal Travel look gets the most new pieces. The headliner is a reversible nylon jacket lined in full Monogram, so players get two styles in one. It also carries a contrasting leather embossed signature on the pocket, an embroidered Real Madrid crest at the front and an inside label bearing both the club’s and the House’s signatures.

Alongside it come a navy sweater with a contrasting leather Vuitton signature on the chest and the crest embroidered on the back, and a beige polo that replaces last season’s navy version, with a leather embossed LV signature at the hem. A reversible leather and Monogram canvas LV Dimension & Frog belt and a streamlined navy cap, embroidered tone on tone with the House signature, finish the look.
The Formal Wear keeps last season’s tailored suit and adds a blue shirt with subtle white stripes, plus the new beige polo. Over it all goes a cashmere coat from Louis Vuitton’s permanent collection, with a removable Monogram scarf that buttons onto the collar. Each coat carries the crest, Monogram detailing inside and a personalized label stitched with the player’s initials.

The leathergoods tie into a bigger milestone for the House: the 130th anniversary of the Monogram, celebrated here through the Mon Monogram line. It’s a well-chosen pairing. A club that has spent 124 years collecting trophies gets travel pieces built on Louis Vuitton’s oldest signature, with personalization doing what a number on a jersey usually does.

Fans shouldn’t expect to buy the team wardrobe, because the Louis Vuitton x Real Madrid Formal Wear and Formal Travel collections are not for sale. Some of the emblematic House models that inspired them, along with the Mon Monogram personalization service, are available in stores and online at louisvuitton.com.

Real Madrid, founded in 1902, holds a record 15 European Cups in football and 11 in basketball and was named FIFA’s Best Club of the 20th century. For Louis Vuitton, the club is one more piece of a sports strategy that already covers the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the FIFA World Cup 2026 and the Formula 1 World Championship, where the House makes the Trophy Trunks for each event’s top prize.
The quiet power of this season is restraint. Williams has resisted turning a football wardrobe into merch, and the result looks like what it is: travel tailoring for the most decorated club in the sport.
