One Kings Lane in the Hamptons

We recently caught up with the team at One Kings Lane, the California-based website that is revolutionizing the way people buy home and gift items online, and were able to get a list of their upcoming “Tastemaker Tag Sales” (more on that later!)

OKL (as they’re often referred to by fans) was one of the sponsors of this year’s Hampton Designer Showhouse at Sag Harbor, which opened July 24th and continues until September 5, 2010.

The beautiful home (which reportedly will go on the market for $5.25 million), is also the setting for an exclusive luncheon this week which OKL is hosting to benefit Southampton Hospital. The event, which is by invitation only, is co-hosted by OKL’s friends from both coasts (who just happen to be some of the most tasteful women in America, natch): Olivia Chantecaille, Juliet de Baubigny, Susan Dunlevy, Lisa Errico, Susan Feldman, Danielle Ganek, Alexa Hampton, Lisa Jackson, Celerie Kemble, Lucy Sykes Rellie, Andrea Stanford and BJ Topol Blum.

But for those of us who can’t make it out to the Hamptons this season, OKL has some other fun treats in store. Allison Speer, OKL’s powerhouse PR and events handler in San Francisco, passed along the upcoming list of Tastemaker Tag Sales for August, which we’ve dutifully added to our calendars. The Tastemaker Tag Sales are special sales that begin every Saturday morning and last throughout the weekend, featuring unique pieces from the collections of America’s best designers.
