One of the favorite jewelry brands with the ladies who lunch, Tiffany & Co., co-hosted the evening, launching what is sure to be one of Miami’s hautest fashion weeks to date; particularly considering that newly-elected City of Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado will be making a major announcement about the event. Official word indicates that the mayor is scheduled to declare Miami International Fashion Week, the largest Latin American and international fashion event in the U.S., as the official fashion week for Miami during a press conference on March 18, at which time he will also present a proclamation to MIFW Founder and President Beth Sobol.
