Farallon
Following the Union Square excellence, Farallon is the brainchild of world-renowned chef Mark Franz and elite designer Pat Kuleto. This unique restaurant creates the spectacle of an underwater fantasy; the décor reinforces the incredible “coastal cuisine” prepared by Chef Franz. With jellyfish designed lighting hanging above each table, this restaurant truly displays a unique style. “You consume the design with every bite of the food,” said Kuleto. The private dining rooms are located on the fourth floor above the restaurant.
