Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten takes center stage with his astonishing creations at Jean Georges with a cuisine that suites every taste with his obvious passion and ability to dazzle. This Michelin three-star restaurant features dishes such as a breathtaking velvety foie gras terrine with spiced fig jam coated in a thing brûlée shell. There is a three-course prix fixe menu for $98 and a seven course menu for $148.
