Evo South Condos at South Park
Amid the growing, eco-friendly South neighborhood in downtown L.A., now stands Evo alongside Elleven and Luma residential buildings. South’s third and final tower is the only LEED certified high rise residence in L.A. Each of the South residences are built using sustainable materials and eco-conscious techniques.
The 23-story tower will adorn the downtown skyline with its sleek architecture wrapped in metal and glass skin. Its floor-to-ceiling windows will fill the luxuriously designed and spacious interiors with views of the surrounding city. Each unit ranges from 730 to 3,500 square feet and offers high-end stainless steel appliances and finishes, hardwood floors and wood cabinetry, walk-in closets, and private Juliet balconies and decks.
The building also has concierge service, wireless internet connection in all public areas, a 24-hour lobby attendant, and a gated four-level parking area. At the street level, owners can find retails spaces for their convenience and professional landscaping throughout. The property features an open-air pool with a spa, a sun terrace, a fitness studio, and a rooftop retreat with an outdoor fireplace. The resident-access only lounge called the Two-Forty Lounge is an amenity community room to enjoy the views of the city with the option of having a small gathering by the kitchen barbecue area.
Evo’s last sale-priced residences went on sale earlier this month starting in the mid $300,000, but they are generally priced from the low-$400,000s to $3.7 million. With the neighboring Los Angeles Convention Center, the Staples Center, and the “L.A. Live Project,” Evo is surely the newest enviable address in L.A.
