Experience a taste of China, with a New York state of mind… all in Miami. Stratis Morfogen and Philippe Chow, two of the most renowned culinary visionaries in the world today, are expanding their tremendously successful Philippe Restaurant to a South Beach location, where the 400-seat eatery will provide an outlet for Chow’s unique, upscale approach to cuisine. Adding to the one-of-a-kind experience is the presence of executive chef Steven Yim, whose culinary prowess in speedy noodle making has been recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records. The resulting experience will be one that is equally entertaining as it is delicious. Opening in February, Philippe Restaurant on Miami Beach will surely pull in an A-list of South Florida’s hottest stars, so be sure not to miss out!
