AKOYA by DAMAC, a 42 million square foot luxury golf community in the process of development in Dubai has recently been named as one of the best golf developments in the world. The mast development has been presented with the honor of ‘Best International Golf Development’ at this year’s International Property Awards in London.
AKOYA by DAMAC is being built around the Trump International Golf Club in Dubai, which is the first course to be managed by the Trump Organization in the Middle East and Asia.
The judging panel included more than 80 international experts that shortlisted possible projects from around the world. All elements of the development – including the design, sustainability and ingenuity – came under assessment.
