The New York Post recently revealed that Elton John and David Furnish are selling their high-floor, two-unit condo at the Sierra Towers apartment complex in West Hollywood, CA to move to a larger home.
Although there has been no official listing for the two-unit condo at Sierra Towers, rumor has it that the pair has already purchased a remodeled residence in the chic and expensive Trousdale Estates area of Beverly Hills. Based on listing information, the Beverly Hills single-story home was listed with the asking price of $7.695 million and offers 4,216 square feet with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
Sources expect the move is fueled by the duo’s desire to expand their family, and their current condo just isn’t big enough to accommodate them nor the private staff they employ. In addition to his west coast homes, Elton John is known to maintain homes in seaside city of Nice in the south of France, Venice (Italy), and the southern city of Atlanta, GA, where his Peachtree complex sits among other high-profile residents, such as Janet Jackson and Oprah Winfrey.
