This summer, Dallas’ gorgeous boutique luxury property, Hôtel Swexan, located in the heart of the Harwood District, is launching an exclusive collaboration with iconic Italian fashion house Missoni. Beginning on June 21, the partnership will debut a rooftop pool takeover unlike anything the city has seen—a high-fashion pop-up that merges Missoni’s vibrant aesthetic with Swexan’s signature European elegance.

Known for its bold colors and unmistakable patterns, Missoni will transform the hotel’s infinity-edge rooftop pool into a striking oasis of style and serenity. Guests can expect chic Missoni-branded touches throughout the space, including custom lounger covers and design details that reflect the house’s famed zigzag motif. A dedicated Missoni retail cabana will feature the latest ready-to-wear, swimwear, and home collections, curated for Swexan’s discerning clientele.

The hotel will also unveil a limited-edition Missoni menu available at the rooftop’s Mediterranean-inspired bar, Pomelo, as well as poolside. Guests can indulge in refreshing seasonal bites and bespoke cocktails, including a signature Malfy Gin Spritz.
