One Thousand Museum 1

Although we have known for some time of the exciting new Zaha Hadid project in downtown Miami, getting renderings has been a slow process. At first there were none, then there was one. Now, more renderings of the tower designed by world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid have finally been revealed. The One Thousand Museum, which is partnered with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, is Hadid’s first residential skyscraper in the western hemisphere. The sky-high 60 story tower located at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard is one of Miami’s tallest at 706 feet and will feature half and full floor units, a single duplex penthouse and duplex town homes. Half and full-floor residences will start at $4 million and will go up to $12 million.
