Botox & Injectables — Haute MD Authority Hub

    What is botox & injectables?

Botox and other neuromodulators (Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify) temporarily relax targeted facial muscles to soften dynamic wrinkles such as forehead lines, glabellar 'eleven' lines, and crow's feet. Dermal fillers — hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxylapatite, and biostimulators — restore volume, contour, and structural support to the cheeks, jawline, lips, and under-eye area. Treatments are office-based, take 15 to 45 minutes, and require no formal downtime. Neuromodulator results emerge over three to fourteen days and last three to six months; filler results are immediate and last six to eighteen months depending on product, area, and metabolism.

    Frequently asked questions

How long do Botox results last?

Most patients enjoy results for three to four months. Newer formulations like Daxxify can extend results to six months in some patients.

How are fillers different from Botox?

Botox relaxes the muscles that create wrinkles. Fillers restore volume, contour, and structural support that is lost with age, weight change, or genetics.

    Is there downtime?

There is no formal downtime. Small bruises or pinpoint marks at injection sites can be camouflaged with makeup and resolve over a few days.

    When will I see results?

Filler results are visible immediately and refine over two weeks. Neuromodulators begin working in three to five days and reach full effect at fourteen days.
