All articles, reports, and resources (including The Medical Aesthetics AI Visibility Index 2026) are provided for informational and marketing education purposes only. Haute MD does not guarantee rankings, patients, leads, search placement, medical outcomes, or AI citations. Content does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Haute MD membership is subject to acceptance and review. Specific membership benefits, pricing, and terms are described on the relevant membership pages and in the membership agreement provided upon approval.
All content, branding, design, and materials on the Services are owned by Haute Living or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haute Living and Haute MD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
