Have you ever wanted to look like a Victoria’s Secret model? Well, you’re in luck. Stephen Pasterino, the founder of New York based P.volve studio— a unique fitness method that blends physical therapy, functional science & hip-opening movements to sculpt hard-to-target areas—is sharing his secrets.
We caught up with Pasterino, who trains VS Angels Devon Windsor, Blanca Padilla, and Romee Strijd, at a workout class in partnership with athleisure brand Varley, where he shared seven ways to get a Victoria’s Secret body.
1) Check out an infrared sauna
2) Get tight and toned
The one request I get from every model is to get rid of their jiggle. It isn’t so much about size as it is about getting your muscles tight and lean, so when they walk down a runway, you see the natural contour and structure of their legs. I always focus on the thighs and arms by using my specially designed equipment – the P.band and the P.ball – that sculpts hard-to-target muscle groups, like the inner thigh and underarm.
