I have searched high and low for something that could deliver muscle development without boredom, and alas, I have finally found a tool that does the trick. TRX is a total body workout that can go with you anywhere. The heavy-duty straps are anchored for suspension and employ the leverage of your own body weight for conditioning. I have never participated in training like this before and couldn’t agree more with the Men’s Health award for “Best Total Body Tool.”
