Rory McIlroy’s U.S. Open win this past Sunday June 19th at the Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland marked much more than the Audemars Piguet golf ambassador’s first career major. Not only did the 22-year-old’s victory make him the youngest U.S. Open winner in 88 years, he also finished with the tournament’s lowest winning score in relation to par at 16-under.
