ME London, a new luxury hotel designed by Foster + Partners is now officially open. The cutting edge hotel located on the Strand on the southern tip of Covent Garden, near River Thames and Theatreland is on the site of the former Marconi House, Gaitey Theatre and Strand Music Hall.

After finalizing his divorce from Lois Driggs Cannon it seems that Astronaut Buzz Aldrin and ex-wife will also be saying good-bye to their condo on the Willshire Corridor. Back in 1998, the then-Aldrins paid $1.34 million for their unit in the La Tour building, located on the southeast corner of the seventh floor. As of Jan.1 NFL teams have been giving a six-week window to apply to move to Los Angeles, however, the president of Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), Tim Leiweke has already confirmed that no franchise has indicated serious interest in relocating to Los Angeles. Just last year, the National Football League has asked that those teams who are interested in relocating to Los Angeles submit all applications starting January 1 to February 15, 2013.

Renowned chimpanzee researcher and environmentalist, Jane Goodall has recently been named the grand marshal of the 2013 Rose Parade. After hearing the news of her latest achievement, Goodall responded in one of the most clever ways possible, with a line from Dr. Seuss, “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!,” which just so happens to be the 124th Rose Parade’s theme.
