- Ashley Bedell was raised in Bedford, N.Y., a suburb outside of New York City known for the old money it inhabits and the classic Kennedy style ladies it turns out. An avid reader, poetry writer and painter, she has an eye for aesthetically pleasing things. Be it clothing, gadgets, interior decor or something in between, her eye for beauty is sharp. She has an affinity for all vintage pieces with history, all things with Parisian inspiration and all things romantic. A huge fan of Jane Birkin and Serge Gainsbourg Ashley swears she is not of this generation however, notes that she can't go anywhere without her Blackberry.
