Haute Event: Fortune International Celebrates Sales Success at Icon Brickell
On Saturday, Aug. 7, some of Miami’s top real estate professionals joined Fortune International at the Icon Brickell for a Beatles-inspired cocktail party.
The evening was hosted by the Icon’s sales director, David Staples, who held the event to celebrate Fortune’s sales successes at Icon Brickell. Since June 1, they’ve sold more than 130 condos. Ten of those residences closed on the day of the celebration, which made for an even 50 percent of Icon Brickell residences sold in total.
Guests like Edgardo Defortuna, Fortune’s president and CEO, Virginia di Salvo and Hugo Bianchi sipped Grey Goose cocktails and snacked on bites from bistro e, while a Beatles cover band played classic songs like “Let it Be.”
The success of the Icon Brickell is just one of many achievements for Downtown Miami/Brickell, which have seen tremendous growth in the past few years.
