Art Palm Beach 2027 returns to the Palm Beach County Convention Center on January 27–31, for its fifth annual edition, bringing international galleries to South Florida for five days of modern and contemporary art. Tickets for the midwinter fair are now on sale at ArtPalmBeach.com through Tixr, the fair’s new official ticketing partner.

“Art Palm Beach continues to evolve, welcoming exciting new galleries alongside returning exhibitors who have helped make the fair a highlight of South Florida’s art season,” said Kassandra Voyagis, producer and executive director of Art Palm Beach. “We’re excited to bring together inspiring global art while creating meaningful opportunities for galleries, collectors and the wider cultural community to connect.”

New York galleries take center stage this year. Returning exhibitors include Hollis Taggart, Sundaram Tagore Gallery, Ethan Cohen Gallery, Modern Fine Art and Vallarino Fine Art, and first-time exhibitor Allouche Gallery joins them — a lineup that makes the fair a serious stop for collectors who usually shop Chelsea.

Europe is well represented too, with returning participants SmithDavidson Gallery, Laurent Marthaler Contemporary, Galerie Raphael, K+Y Contemporary, Galerie Mark Hachem, L.E. Gallery and Deodato Arte. First-time exhibitors from across North America and Europe include Louis Stern Fine Arts of Los Angeles, Rukaj Gallery of Toronto, Jody Klotz Fine Art of Texas, Schlieder Contemporary of Frankfurt and MBG Gallery.

The newcomers bring range. Louis Stern Fine Arts specializes in mid-century West Coast art, particularly hard-edge painting, and represents the estates of Helen Lundeberg, Lorser Feitelson and Karl Benjamin; Rukaj Gallery focuses on postwar and contemporary art; Jody Klotz Fine Art presents 19th- and 20th-century European and American painting, including Modernism and Color Field; and Schlieder Contemporary makes its U.S. debut at the fair.

Closer to home, Palm Beach’s Provident Fine Art and Rosenbaum, which specializes in Postwar, Modern and Contemporary masters, anchor the South Florida contingent. They are joined by first-time exhibitor Holden Luntz Gallery, known for fine art photography, and returning JF Gallery, a Latina- and woman-owned gallery from West Palm Beach.

DIVERSEartPB, the fair’s non-commercial platform, returns with The Future as a Collaborative Human Experience, curated by Marisa Caichiolo, who co-curated the Official Pavilion of Chile at the 61st Venice Art Biennale. The program brings together cultural institutions and practitioners across art, architecture, design and law in immersive, experimental exhibition environments.

The fair’s headline moment is a retrospective of Palm Beach-based artist Bruce Helander, presented by Paul Fisher Gallery and sponsored by the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County. It opens January 27, on Helander’s 80th birthday, and spans a career of more than five decades of vibrant collages and assemblages built from vintage ephemera and hand-embellished finishes. His work sits in more than 50 museum and public collections, including the Guggenheim Museum, Whitney Museum and Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

Helander, a former provost of the Rhode Island School of Design and a White House Fellow of the National Endowment for the Arts, founded Helander Gallery on Worth Avenue in 1982, representing artists including Robert Rauschenberg and Andy Warhol. Few artists are more fitting for a Palm Beach homecoming.
