Miami, we won something big. At the opening of Amazónico Miami on September 25, 2025, it felt like we were teleported out of the city and dropped into Europe for the night. The crowd was different, glamorous, eclectic, almost mysterious. Where did they all come from? I couldn’t tell you, but one thing was clear: Amazónico attracted them.

Created in Madrid by Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, the restaurant has conquered London, Madrid, Dubai, and Monte-Carlo. Now, it has landed in Brickell, bringing with it the soul of 1970s Brazil: lush, playful, and grand.

The three levels are a journey in themselves, each floor telling a new story. You can drift between a lively dining room, an intimate sushi counter, a rooftop with dazzling skyline views, and, as if that weren’t enough, a hidden speakeasy lounge that pulls you into a world of boundless potential. The level of design on each floor is staggering, detailed enough to signal that the food would meet the same standard…and it did.

On opening night, the dishes proved that Amazónico is more than just a spectacle. Tostada Wagyu crowned with Baeri vintage caviar, bluefin tuna tartare kissed with coconut, and A5 Kagoshima nigiri draped in black truffle were among the highlights. The cocktails, too, were as inventive as the space itself, whether it was the Amazónegroni with pineapple gin or the Rainforest Old Fashioned layered with açaí and rum.

Traveling up and down all night, each level offered a new rhythm, a new atmosphere, a new memory. And that’s the magic of Amazónico: it’s not just dinner, not only nightlife, but a full immersion into something Miami has never quite had before. We really needed this one.

Amazónico Miami officially opened on September 26th, 2025, with the possibility of entry live now. To call it a reservation feels misleading. Your check-in functions more like a passport, one that grants you entry into a world of flavors, design, and energy that we haven’t felt before here. Amid the constant wave of Miami debuts, Amazónico managed to break through the noise and deliver something truly unexpected. Leaving me so pleasantly surprised, I almost forgot I was still in the city I call home, reminding me that Miami still has the power to surprise.
