Haute Living and Simon Family Estate celebrated the birthday of visionary developer Michael Dezer with an intimate evening of fine dining and exceptional wines alongside celebrity chef Todd English at Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, FL.

In partnership with Haute Jets, exclusive evening was presented by Bentley Residences Miami, the world’s first luxury residential tower branded by Bentley Motors.

Photo Credit: Micky ViceThe celebratory dinner brought together an exclusive guest list to toast the renowned founder of Dezer Development who has shaped Miami’s luxury skyline with groundbreaking real estate projects. Guests were welcomed with curated cocktails before sitting down to a sophisticated multi-course meal presented by the world-renowned Chef English paired seamlessly with limited-production wines from Simon Family Estate.

The birthday celebration began with a Caesar Salad with buttery Bibb lettuce, Tuscan croutons, caper berry citrus dressing, and Pecorino Romano paired with the Simon Family Estate Sauvignon Blanc with crisp citrus notes. For the entrée, English served succulent double bone lamb chops with pickled fennel, shallots, tomato chimichurri, citrus crème, and petite mint. A bold, structured Simon Family Estate Cabernet Sauvignon rounded out the richness of the lamb. To close out the evening, a decadent Bentley spiced cheesecake was served with chocolate strawberries and citrus gelato.
