The event spared no expense as party-goers were wined and dined with decadent culinary offerings, endless glasses of Champagne and tasty signature cocktails. To get a taste of what’s to come from the gourmet seafood eatery, The Fulton offered generous servings of seafood towers brimming with fresh oysters, clams, scallops and crab; a sushi bar with fresh sashimi; dumplings decorated with 24K gold flakes, blinis and caviar; fish ‘n chips and so much more. Signature cocktails were passed around the spacious bottom floor and outdoor area, including favorites like the lemon drop cocktail and strawberry margarita.
