For celebrations that call for a more intimate atmosphere, the venue offers a mezzanine overlooking the dining room, along with a semi private alcove. The full restaurant accommodates up to 100 seated guests and 250 reception guests, while the mezzanine can host between 14 and 28 seated guests. For an evening that continues beyond dinner, Barlume Downstairs offers a hidden cocktail club with a separate lounge, providing additional options for private events and post dinner drinks.
Scarpetta: An Italian Classic for Holiday Dinners

At Scarpetta, holiday entertaining centers on Italian cooking, seasonal ingredients, and a dining experience shaped by attention to detail. LDV Hospitality’s flagship restaurant is known for its bold flavors, pastas made in house daily, and signature Spaghetti Tomato and Basil.

Located at 88 Madison Avenue, Scarpetta offers several spaces for private celebrations. Its private dining room accommodates up to 30 seated guests, making it suitable for smaller gatherings, while the main dining room can host 115 seated guests or 200 guests for a reception. The Bar provides additional seating for 52, and The Library offers a more intimate setting for groups of up to 20 seated guests.

The range of spaces makes Scarpetta an option for hosts planning a festive dinner, a business gathering, or a holiday celebration built around a shared meal. Executive Chef Jorge Espinoza, who opened Scarpetta with LDV Hospitality, has led the kitchen since 2008.
The Seville: A Speakeasy Inspired Holiday Evening

For a celebration that moves away from the traditional sit down dinner, The Seville offers a cocktail focused setting inspired by New York’s historic nightlife. Located at 22 East 29th Street, the lounge pays tribute to the Beaux Arts Hotel Seville, built on the site in 1904, and the high society gatherings associated with its bar during the Prohibition era.
Today, the venue combines music, classic cocktails with contemporary interpretations, and an intimate atmosphere. Its drinks include a wood planked smoked Old Fashioned and a barrel aged Negroni served tableside.

The full venue accommodates up to 125 standing guests and includes a 15 seat bar. For smaller celebrations, a semi private VIP room accommodates up to 25 standing guests, with table and bottle service. The setting lends itself to cocktail receptions, after dinner gatherings, and holiday celebrations where conversation and drinks take center stage.
LDV at The Maidstone: A Seasonal Escape in East Hampton

For those looking beyond Manhattan, LDV at The Maidstone offers a distinctive setting in East Hampton. The property, which dates back approximately 150 years, reopened under LDV Hospitality for the 2024 season. Its restaurant channels the feeling of an Italian summer, while the garden provides an outdoor setting for gatherings.
The venue includes a main dining room and bar that accommodate up to 55 seated guests or 100 reception guests. The half garden can host 60 seated guests or 90 reception guests, while the full garden accommodates up to 110 seated guests or 160 reception guests. Full venue buyouts include the garden.

With its combination of dining spaces and garden settings, The Maidstone provides flexibility for hosts planning seasonal celebrations in the Hamptons. Its daily aperitivo hour, held from 3 to 6 p.m., also reflects the relaxed approach to hospitality that defines the property.
American Cut: A Modern Steakhouse for Larger Gatherings

American Cut offers a contemporary interpretation of the classic American steakhouse, making it a natural option for celebrations built around substantial dishes, cocktails, and a lively dining room. The Tribeca flagship is located at 363 Greenwich Street and features a menu that includes Chili Lobster, a 40 ounce Tomahawk Chop, the OG 1924 Caesar prepared tableside, and a flambéed Porterhouse.
Its event spaces range from intimate private rooms to a full restaurant buyout. The Black Room features a custom round table and accommodates up to 18 seated guests. On the lower level, The Morrison Room includes a private bar and two 80 inch projection screens, with capacity for 55 seated or 75 standing guests. A semi private lounge accommodates 26 guests, while the main floor can host between 100 and 150 guests. A full buyout across both floors accommodates up to 220 seated guests or 350 reception guests.
For corporate holiday parties, client dinners, or larger celebrations, the combination of private spaces, tableside preparations, and a signature cocktail program offers an alternative to a conventional event setting.
Lele’s Roman: A Brooklyn Gathering with Roman Character

Located inside the Ace Hotel Brooklyn at 252 Schermerhorn Street, Lele’s Roman brings the cooking of Rome’s Trastevere neighborhood to a contemporary Brooklyn setting. Chef Francesco Battisti serves Roman classics including Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, and Carciofi, alongside maritozzi at breakfast and shareable pinsas throughout the day.

The restaurant’s interiors combine the building’s brutalist architecture with 1970s Italian influences, creating a distinctive backdrop for group dining. The bar adds another dimension to the experience with amari and regional Italian wines selected by LDV’s Alessio de Sensi.

Lele’s Roman offers a full buyout for up to 80 seated guests or 125 reception guests. A semi private dining room accommodates up to 40 seated guests or 55 reception guests. These options make the restaurant suitable for holiday dinners that bring together Italian food, a design conscious environment, and a more relaxed Brooklyn atmosphere.
Sushi Koju: An Intimate Omakase Experience

For smaller celebrations, Sushi Koju offers a more focused approach to private dining. Also located at Ace Hotel Brooklyn, the 14 seat omakase lounge pairs carefully prepared sushi with striking presentation and a vinyl soundtrack.

The venue allows groups to reserve the entire counter for a private omakase experience or book the room for a curated cocktail gathering. With capacity centered on an intimate group, Sushi Koju offers an alternative to larger holiday parties, particularly for hosts looking to organize a private dining experience where the food and setting remain the focus.
A Venue for Every Kind of Celebration
What distinguishes LDV Hospitality’s event portfolio is the range of experiences available across its venues. Hosts can organize a private Italian dinner at Scarpetta, a cocktail reception at The Seville, a larger gathering at American Cut, or an intimate omakase evening at Sushi Koju. Barlume provides flexibility through its restaurant and downstairs cocktail club, while LDV at The Maidstone offers garden spaces in the Hamptons and Lele’s Roman brings a Roman inspired dining experience to Brooklyn.
Beyond its restaurants, LDV Hospitality operates LDV Events, a catering and event production division that creates tailored food and beverage experiences for special occasions. Its services range from intimate dinners to larger receptions, with menus drawn from the group’s restaurants or developed specifically for an event.
For hosts planning the holiday season, the choice of venue ultimately depends on the gathering itself. Whether the occasion calls for a seated dinner, a cocktail reception, or a private culinary experience, LDV Hospitality’s collection offers a variety of settings in which to bring people together.
As the calendar fills with end of year celebrations, these venues provide a starting point for planning gatherings that put food, atmosphere, and hospitality at the center of the occasion.
