Gabriele Teruzzi takes views to a whole new level with his design for the world’s tallest yacht. The Italian designer has created an impressive 492-foot-long, 125-foot-tall mega-yacht unlike anything you’ve ever seen before.

You’ve probably never encountered a 1,100-square foot master suite 12 stories high on a yacht before, but once you do you’ll never be able to go back. This sky-high privacy trove is equipped with an infinity pool, impeccably designed lounge area, and a waterfall which Teruzzi created to help the owner to be transported in this journey of emotions. The record-breaking world’s tallest yacht has been named Shaddai, meaning omnipotent. This meaning is felt throughout the design and quite literally brings the owner from the sea to the sky. Teruzzi wanted the owner to feel powerful and at peace.

While you can see a whole world from Shaddai’s highest point, the designs are 100% Italian. The materials and textures were chosen specifically with the most important Italian fashion houses in mind. You will find these touches throughout the yacht’s very own 3,200-square foot beach club and main aft deck. These two main sections are connected by a scenographic infinity pool situated on the main aft deck, which acts as a ceiling to the beach club. Similarly, an aquarium in the middle of the yacht creates a separate union between the two sides.

Shaddai could cost Teruzzi and estimated $250 million to build, but if you’re going to invest hard earned money in something, it might as well be a record-breaking beauty. This price point may seem pretty steep, but then again, the world’s wealthiest have been known to spend upwards of $500 million on yachts that are nowhere near as unique.
