Inside La Nuit en Rosé’s Second Annual Miami Festival
The La Nuit en Rosé Festival returned to Miami for the Second Annual South Beach affair. The weekend events included, a Rosé Wine Pairing Dinner, a Rosé Sunset Party, and an afternoon Rosé Brunch that featured a selection of over 50+ rosé wines, a live DJ, and a spa presented by Bermuda.
Presented by the Wine Enthusiast, the Rosé Wine Pairing Dinner took place on the elevated private terrace at the Mondrian South Beach Hotel. Celebrating the world’s first festival dedicated to rosé wine, over 700 wine lovers and enthusiasts were given the opportunity to sample a curated selection of 50+ rosé wines and champagnes from wineries all over the world.
Created by wine entrepreneur and rosé ambassador Pierrick Bouquet, the exclusively curated dinner featured a 4-course menu paired with rosé wine and rosé Champagne presented by Mondrian’s Executive Chef Dustin Atoigue.
First Course
Big eye Tuna ceviche with coconut-kalamansi lime, crispy smashed plantains, pickled green papaya
Paired with Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte Palmes d’Or Brut Rosé
Second Course
Mini Foie Gras-brie toast with mango-vanilla chutney and toasted macadamia nuts
Paired with Domaine de l’Ile Rosé, Côtes de Provence 2014
Third Course
Wagyu beef Lumpia with Tarrogan aioli micro root vegetables
Paired with Chateau d’Esclans Garrus Rosé 2013
Dessert Course
Ginger bread pudding with dark rum sauce and ginger ice cream
Paired with Gosling’s Family Reserve Old Rum
On Saturday night, overlooking the Downtown Miami and Bay Area, a Rosé sunset party was held hosted by the Mondrian South Beach. Guests enjoyed a beautiful sunset while sipping on Rosé wine and champagne.
The weekend ended with a beautiful Sunday Afternoon Rosé Brunch where guests enjoyed unlimited wine from a selection of over 50+ rosé wines, a live DJ and an exquisite brunch buffet, at the poolside terrace.
