Currently residing on the Upper East Side, Stewart Rahr is the founder, president and CEO of Kinray, the largest independent pharmaceutical wholesale distributor in the world. In 2009, he was featured as one of Forbes’ 400 Richest Americans with a net worth of $2 billion. Kinray is currently sweeping in a $5 billion revenue with a steady growth rate. After dropping out of NYU’s law school, Rahr has become an entrepreneur in his own right after he began wholesaling products to drugstores out of his father’s Brooklyn pharmacy in the ’60s. Rahr is also known for his luxurious house in the Hamptons, as well as being well acquainted with the A-listers he brushes shoulders with.
