Still dying to travel to Paris this summer? Look no further than the sexy, sultry Gaspar Brasserie in downtown San Francisco.
Still dying to travel to Paris this summer? Then look no further than downtown San Francisco. Gaspar Brasserie is the fifth property in restaurateur Franck LeClerc’s already impressive repertoire, which includes Gitane, Cafe Claude and Claudine. The sexy, sultry French Brasserie helmed by Chef Chris Jones highlights the best of French Brasserie cuisine, style, and ambiance.

This restaurant is reminiscent of a luxe Parisian brasserie with modern mid-20th century flair. Designed by LeClerc and Elmer Lin of Consortium, the double level space houses two full bars that feature a menu of champagne and Parisian-inspired cocktails and unique takes on modern classics from top local mixologist, Kevin Diedrich. Go crazy on Fruits de Mer, French classics, and their fantastic Loire-driven wine list with a heavy focus on sparkling wines & champagnes.

The menu features approachable brasserie fare from Executive Chef Chris Jones. And it wouldn’t be a French meal without a sweet ending. Make sure you save room for desserts from Pastry Chef Chucky Dugo; the memorable Paris-Brest is melt-in-your mouth divine.
