Hyde Hollywood Beach Celebrates Sales Center Opening
The Related Group, Fortune International, and sbe celebrated the debut of Hyde Hollywood Beach, their latest brand of relaxed luxury with South Florida’s top real estate pros. The party featured an evening of cocktails and music from the new sales center and rooftop balcony of the project that promises to bring chic to Hollywood Beach. VIP’s in attendance included as CEO of Fortune International’s Edgardo Defortuna, President of Related’s Condo Division Carlos Rosso, President of sbe Arash Azarbarzin, Brazilian architect and interior designer Debora Aguiar and Paulo Bacchi, founder of Artefacto.
The most interesting part about the evening is that although they are just now officially opening the sales center, the project is already 85% reserved! This shows strength of the project and demand for designer properties north of the Dade County line with pricing running approximately from $1 million – $1.6 million.
