Steven Spielberg Leases Picturesque Oceanfront Compound for $150K
In summer of 2013, famed director Steven Spielberg and his wife Kate Capshaw listed their impeccable oceanfront estate for lease at $125,000 per month. As of 2014, the property is on the market again for a summer lease, except now it’s priced at $150,000. We’re not sure what warranted the price increase, but it’s certain you’ll spend the summer in style!
