Jackson Charles Home Opens With A Splash
Atlanta’s newest home and décor showroom recently opened in the fitting Westide Design District. Owner Eddie Brumbaugh along with hosts Kysha Cameron and Mychael Knight welcomed guests for a grand opening party this week.
Eddie Brumbaugh, known for her design work in celebrity homes such as Real Housewives Of Atlanta Star Kandi Burruss and other notable athletes, decided to open a showroom and her share her space with the community.
Named after her first son, Jackson Charles Home is a curated collection of furniture, accessories including lighting, rugs, pillows, candles, serving pieces, books, jewelry and fabrics. She’ll also feature those statement-making elements she’s known for, like the gold sabertooth tiger skull she added to the living room of Kandi Burruss’ Atlanta estate. “Everyone wants something special–a statement piece–but they don’t know what it is until they see it,” Brumbaugh says. “They’ll see it at Jackson Charles.”
The 4.500 square foot space features brands like Regina Andrews, Emporium Home, Rablab, and Rojo 16, plus vintage and one-of-a-kind upcycled items. From traditional to trendy, you will be inspired by the various layouts and vignettes throughout the showroom.
The grand opening party truly showed off the true spirit and purpose of Jackson Charles. Notable guests such as Kandi Burruss, former NBA Star Shandon Anderson, and New Editions Ronnie DeVoe perused the selection of furniture, décor and gifts while enjoying bites from Chef Ed Harris and sweets from Yum Yum Cupcake. The signature drink of the evening was aptly named “The Grand Opener.”
