SUSHISAMBA’S Cool New Power Breakfast Menu
Breakfast in Coral Gables just got a little more interesting. SUSHISAMBA new location which just opened in May at the Westin Colonnade Hotel, has introduced their first ever breakfast menu by Executive Chef Brian Nasajon. Sure, they’ve done brunch in the past, but that was more like lunch with eggs Benedict. This all breakfast menu incudes unique offerings you won’t find anywhere else, we promise. Totally original menu items include: Breakfast Dumplings filled with chorizo, grilled onions, manchego, avocado and rocoto jam, a Waygu short rib Morning Sandwich, and Sweet Quinoa Oatmeal with currents, “torched” sugar, and micro citrus.
A juice bar brings the concept of mixology to breakfast with an array of waters that include cucumber, coconut and aloe. They are making their own cashew milk and serving up almond and Brazil nut varieties as well. But be forewarned, this is not for late-risers, breakfast is served from 7-11am. If you sit down at 11:15am, you’ll be ordering lunch, which is pretty great too.
